Using the newest technology from American UPI Company and the Fibre Master batch imported from CST. It forms uniform continuous Multidirectional support structure, preventing the cracks caused by creep, Plastic shrinkage,drying shrinkage, settlement shrinkage, expansion, temperature difference,loads and so on. The ability of resistance for crack, leak, impact, freeze and pressure increased significantly. Be used for kinds of pipe widely. Especially for the leaking or broken large-scale pipe, it will be more efficient and economic.

The initial setting time: 1-6 min

Compressive strength:≥6.0(1h)   ≥16.0(3h)

Bending strength: ≥1.8Pa(1h)  ≥6.0MPa(3h)

Impermeability pressure(7D): ≥1.6MPa

Bonding strength(7D): ≥1.0MPa

Thermo stability: 100℃, 5h, No cracks,peel and lost.

After freeze-thaw cycle for 20 times, No cracks, peel and lost.

4.     Application

Used for repairing leaking or broken concrete pipe, cast iron pipe,ductile iron pipe, steel pipe and plastic pipe (clear surface of damage pipe firstly).

5. Packing and the expiry time

Packed by plastic bag and sealed in plastic bucket. 5kgs/bucket,10kgs/bucket, 20kgs/bucket, etc.

Stored in a dry place, then the expiry time is 3 years.
